Hi Felix, thank you for your great article. This highlight surprised me: why is the scope worked out without the developers insights?

Personally, as a Project/Product Manager with no engineering background, I do not develop the details of the scope on my own. I analyze business value, make sure the client is on the same page (also b2b company) and then, a refine the scope together with the development team so that they can access the details and the solutions that might be simpler to use to avoid wasting to much time on unnecessary complexity.
